Chippewa Families,
We very much appreciate everyone's understanding and support this morning when we had to close Chippewa due to a water main break in the neighborhood. Mr. Jasinski, from Palos Heights Public Works, called to confirm that we can reopen the building tomorrow. He also apologized for the inconvenience. As a courtesy, until the full main can be replaced, Mr. Jasinski is installing emergency valves that are intended to prevent a school closure should there be another break between now and the end of the school year. We are grateful for the village's partnership in resolving this issue as quickly as possible.
We look forward to welcoming our Cheetahs back tomorrow!
