Palos Heights School District 128 Preschool Screening
D128 Preschool Screening will take place on Monday, February 9, 2026, from 10:30 AM - 4:00 PM for all children ages 3 - 5 who reside in Palos Heights School District 128. Please call 708-597-1285 between 8:30 AM and 3:30 PM to schedule an appointment.
Areas of development assessed include speech and language, gross and fine motor skills, concepts, social/emotional, and self-help skills. A vision and hearing screening will also be conducted. Children will be screened by a diagnostic team of district personnel under the direction of District 128 Administration.
The screening will take place at Indian Hill School (12800 S. Austin Ave, Palos Heights, IL 60463).
