Hello District 128 families. We are anticipating being at school tomorrow, Thursday, February 17 for in person learning. We will continue to monitor the weather and will communicate if anything changes. All District 128 after school activities for tomorrow Thursday, February 17 will be canceled. The Parks & Rec Power Play program will operate its normal after school hours.

District 128 is closing all schools and shifting to remote instruction for an E-Learning Day tomorrow, Thursday, February 3, 2022. Teachers will be sending out remote learning information no later than 8:30 AM tomorrow morning.

Hello District 128 families. Out of an abundance of caution and in consultation with the surrounding school districts, including Shepard High School, District 128 has decided to close all schools and offices tomorrow, Wednesday, February 2, 2022. Since the snow is projected to fall all day tomorrow, it is difficult to determine dismissal road conditions. Therefore, in the spirit of keeping all students and staff safe, District 128 will utilize an Emergency Snow Day and all classes, after school activities and meetings are canceled. We will add Friday, June 3, 2022 as an attendance day at the end of the school year. We anticipate our school buildings and offices to reopen Thursday, February 3. Please check your email for more information from Dr. Brownlow, Superintendent of Schools.

Please join the PFA on Thursday evening at Parks and Recreation for a Cyber Security Parent Night! Detective Rich Wistocki will be sharing tips for keeping children safe in our digital world. The event is scheduled to begin at 6:30 PM. See the attached image for details. This is an adult only event.

With a wind chill advisory in effect for Palos Heights, please make sure your child dresses appropriately for the cold to stay warm and safe at their bus stop or commuting to school.
