Hello District 128 families. Out of an abundance of caution and in consultation with the surrounding school districts, including Shepard High School, District 128 has decided to close all schools and offices tomorrow, Wednesday, February 2, 2022.
Since the snow is projected to fall all day tomorrow, it is difficult to determine dismissal road conditions. Therefore, in the spirit of keeping all students and staff safe, District 128 will utilize an Emergency Snow Day and all classes, after school activities and meetings are canceled. We will add Friday, June 3, 2022 as an attendance day at the end of the school year.
We anticipate our school buildings and offices to reopen Thursday, February 3. Please check your email for more information from Dr. Brownlow, Superintendent of Schools.
