Parent Faculty Association (PFA)

ABOUT PFA

The District 128 Parent Faculty Association is an association of dedicated parents and faculty working together for all of the children in District 128. Every child in our district directly benefits from the funds raised through PFA programs and events.  The PFA welcomes all parents/guardians of children enrolled in District 128 and all District 128 faculty and staff members. The support from our families and staff is vital to helping the PFA provide wonderful enrichment experiences and activities to our district students.  Members of the PFA get priority in volunteering for classroom room parties at Indian Hill and Chippewa.

The PFA provides additional financial support for many things that fall outside of the district's yearly budget, including:

  • Apple TVs for IJHS

  • Two new in-ground basketball systems for Navajo

  • Digital bulletin boards and updated slides at all schools

  • Updated technology software for each building

  • Subsidize transportation costs for field trips

  • Enrichment and celebration assemblies at all schools

  • Educational assemblies, such as Anti-bullying, Health Education, Say No To Drugs, and Cyber Safety
