With the blizzard warnings not changing, we are calling school off for tomorrow, November 26th. Sorry for such late notification, but these are not decisions made lightly and involve much communication with other neighboring districts. Again, no school tomorrow, November 26th for d#128.

Weather Days and Impact on Transportation Families - Please be patient on days when there is potentially hazardous weather. Buses may be running much later on these days with slick roads. Please work with families around your bus stop who might have garages open for children or warm cars to sit in.

We were notified by police this morning that an unknown older couple offered to give some students a ride home after Navajo band yesterday at 3:30. This occurred around Oak Park Avenue and 123rd St. The driver of the vehicle indicated to the students that he was a retired police officer. Parents notified the Palos Heights police. While we have no direct knowledge of malicious intent at this time, we felt it appropriate to keep parents informed as there will be an increased police presence after school today in this area.
